Unnecessary bottlenecks are mitigated in nearly all phases - from manufacturing to on-site assembly - meaning our buildings cost less and are delivered quicker.​

We add safeguards into each subsequent phase to mitigate risk. Our financial model undergoes a series of stress tests by weakening certain internal and external variables to ensure IRR is still achieved. We integrate liquidated damages,  flow-down clauses, and claw-back provisions into contract documents and perform a continuous Monte Carlo risk analysis through closing.
