About the Owner
I was born and raised in a small town, where I learned the value of hard work early – working construction jobs to put myself through college. That drive led me to earn an engineering degree followed by an MBA which launched my career at several leading real estate developers and private equity firms. Over the years, I’ve been directly involved in over $250 million worth of multifamily developments, gaining full life-cycle experience from acquisition stages to project development. In addition to my institutional background, I’ve personally invested over $4 million in real estate, giving me a deep appreciation for the responsibilities and risks that come with being both a sponsor and investor.

Drawing from both my professional experience and personal roots, I founded a multifamily development company focused on underserved small-town markets like the one I grew up in. These communities – often overlooked by larger firms – represent both a meaningful opportunity and a mission-driven calling for me. Our mission is to redefine affordable by bringing high-quality, sustainable housing to places that deserve long-term investments and transformative growth. It’s a return to where I started, with the tools and perspective to help build something lasting.
